By choosing this service, the user will be able to speak with the doctor over video by selecting a specific time frame.

In case of direct consultation, users can book a consultation from the available slot within a doctor’s schedule, or a time range if no schedule is available. In case they are not looking for a specific doctor, they can book a consultation in a specific specialty within 2 hours, 4 hours or a time slot from the next day.

Advanced booking done on a specialty shall be available to all the doctors of the specific specialty. And anyone who wishes to take the case can confirm the exact time for the consultation.

Doctors can consult patients through Video from different countries. The user can book Video consultation in two ways.

In direct Video consultation, the patient needs to book their Video consultation via the doctor's profile page. After that, an email will be sent to the doctor regarding the Video consultation with date and time. Once the doctor confirms the consultation, the user will get intimation via SMS and email.

In Common Video consultation, users will book Video consultation via “Talk with a Doctor on Video” option. Here, the user can book the Video consultation on a specialty basis. Once users book their consultation, the doctors of that specialty will be able to see their request in “Video & Video Consultation Request.” If any doctor is available with the date and time, they can approve the consultation with “Take this Case” button. The User will get an intimation via SMS and email.

In Video consultation, the Doctor should click the call button at the specific time, or the doctor will get remainder SMS before the consultation. Both the doctor and the patient will receive a video call at the same time. The Video number of the doctor will not be revealed and will be masked so the privacy is retained. The Video call of both parties will be recorded for medical review. Once the Video call is over, the doctor will be able to write the treatment plans.
